Gender Diversity bike mechanics
WTF (Women/Trans/Femme) hours are open to anyone who identifies as female, transgender, femme, genderqueer, trans-masculine, trans-feminine or feels their socialization or treatment as a woman, and/or gender nonconforming person has impeded their participation in bicycle mechanics.
The structure of the WTF Workshops is the same as our Open Workshops, and is exclusive to the WTF community. The workshop is run by W/T/F-identifying mechanics who will guide you through the first steps and support you in your mechanic journey.
No bike repair experience is necessary, but patience and the ability to work independently with minimal instruction are highly recommended.
The workshops take place at our location on 1216 Webberville Road. See the schedule below or check our Calendar for hours, dates, and other important information.
No reservations required; first come, first served.
