Is your wheel really round, does it wobble to and fro? Do you hop up and down, when you’re on the go?

Learn to remove those hops and wobbles using a number of wheel-truing tools. Attendees will have 30-40 minutes of hand on practice.

These basic concepts of wheel truing will be covered: 

• Parts of a wheel; tire, tube*, rim, rim tape, spoke, spoke nipples, hub, and axle.
• How to use truing tools properly: stand, spoke tension gauge, spoke wrenches.
• Dishing- centering the rim on the axle), 
• Radial Truing-making the rim round, and
• Lateral truing-removing side-to-side wobble.
