DIY Bike Repairs @ tHE Central Library

Bring your bike! Free bicycle maintenance and repair clinic. Learn mechanic skills with guidance from our volunteers.

Yellow Bike Project (YBP) is partnering with the Austin Central Library to host a series of monthly DIY bike repair clinics in the Library’s Bike Corral.

The first clinic will take place on April 26 from 1 pm to 4 pm, with additional clinics monthly (weather permitting) through the end of 2026.

Assistance is provided on a first come, first served basis. Four mechanics will be on site, each working one-on-one with one person at a time. Sessions are limited to 30 minutes. If a repair requires more time, please bring the bike to YBP at 1216 Webberville Rd during regular Open Workshop hours.*

Attendance registration is required upon arrival.
