DESCRIPTION:\nIs your wheel really round, does it wobble to and fro? Do you hop up and down, when you’re on the go?\n\n\n\nLearn to remove those hops and wobbles using a number of wheel-truing tools. Attendees will have 30-40 minutes of hand on practice.\n\n\n\nThese basic concepts of wheel truing will be covered: \n\n\n\n\nParts of a wheel; tire, tube*, rim, rim tape, spoke, spoke nipples, hub, and axle.\n\n\n\nHow to use truing tools properly: stand, spoke tension gauge, spoke wrenches.\n\n\n\nDishing- centering the rim on the axle), \n\n\n\nRadial Truing-making the rim round, and\n\n\n\nLateral truing-removing side-to-side wobble. \n\n\n\n\nTeacher: Pat Leahy\n\n\n\nTickets will be available for purchase starting three weeks prior to the event date.
