Contribute Your Talents
Since Yellow Bike is an all volunteer organization, literally everything thing is done by volunteers. We are always looking for passionate volunteers who want to put their talents to work getting more cyclists on the streets of Austin. Besides needing volunteers to work on bikes and run our shops and classes, we have non-bike specific needs including:
- construction projects and improving shop organization
- landscaping and groundskeeping
- accounting
- answering emails
- maintaining the website
- organizing and publicizing events
- writing grants
- and more!
If you’d like to contribute your talents to making your community bike shop a better place, please talk to a coordinator anytime we’re open, or attend a collective meeting (7pm, 1st Tuesday of month) and let us know how you’d like to help out.
