Yellow Bike Hosts Bike-to-Work Day Breakfast Station

BIKE TO WORK DAY! - Friday May 18th was Austin's yearly Bike-to-Work Day.    The goal of Bike-to-Work Day is to get as many people as possible excited about riding to work for their first time.  After commuters see how easy, enjoyable, cheap, invigorating biking to work can be, we hope that it is the start of a life-long habit. 

There were FREE breakfast stations throughout the city serving from 7am - 9am to entice riders to ride to work.  Yellow Bike ran a station in East Austin at our Treasure City shop located at 1720 East 12th St .  We had a fun morning of flagging commuters down on their bikes to offer them coffee, bagels, fruit, Clif bars and the finest cycling publications available in Austin.
